Our family Christmas was Friday evening, Dec. 23. It began with us cooking a meal together. Everyone had a part in making the meal (except Dad because he had to work. He set the table when he came home). We had an Irish themed meal, with potato soup and Irish soda bread for appetizer, chicken breasts stuffed with cheese and vegetable coleslaw for the main meal and Shamrock jello for dessert. Sooo good!
